Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom with DHL Express. We have several options available which may vary according to your desired destination country. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and is based on the final weight of your entire order. 

Please note that DHL Express is unavailable for orders destined for mainland China, and we use EMS/postal service only. 

Orders placed before 18.00 (CET) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 18.00 (CET) will be shipped the following working day, and orders placed on Friday after 18.00 (CET) will be shipped the following Monday.

France Delivery

DHL Express 1-3 working days

European Delivery

DHL Economy 2-5 working days
DHL Express 1-3 working days

International Delivery

DHL Express 1-6 working days

Tracking & Delivery Time

You will receive a shipment email with your assigned tracking number the same day your order is shipped. Please note that you are responsible for all import duty and taxes arising from the supply of our services outside the United Kingdom and we will make no calculations or estimations in this regard. 

RM365 is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit. 

Please note RM365 is not responsible for delays in shipment, but our customer service team will contact the courier on your behalf in the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. 

Pre-orders:

If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will be usually be 3-5 working days later, unless informed otherwise.

Customs:

Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resent to us. Once we receive the returned package we will resend the package at the buyer’s expense. We do not take responsibility for seized goods.
